Membership
Registration Requirements
Be a boy who has completed the fifth grade and be at least 10 years old,
or be 11 years old, or have earned the Arrow of Light Award and be at
least 10 years old, and be under 18 years old.
Steps in Joining

Meet registration requirements

Visit our troop at a normal meeting (see
main page for schedule). Talk to parents, Scoutmasters and
Scouts.

Review our Troop Pamphlets

Visit other troops. Compare your
personalities and goals with each troop.

Decide what troop you want to join

Complete application forms and health
history forms
-
Return completed forms to the Scoutmaster
or Membership chair
Transfers

must fill out an application form and health history.

Registration Fees
Troop 268 has an $8 registration
fee above the BSA fees. Transfers only need to pay the $1.00 fee
and the $8.00 registration fee.
